Phew!!!! It is finally done!
Before I go any further, I have to thank Obsidian Dawn [link] for the wonderful collection of Photoshop brushes. This is my second submission for the "Ladies of Power" series. The real Kou Shiro (I am hoping this means White Water) is literally a sister...not only of spirit, but in real life, as well. Water is for love and healing...both of which she both holds and gives in abundance. There has been many times when she was the one and only person I could talk to about problems in my life, and she has never failed to give good advice or offer just a shoulder to cry on. Recently, she has gone through some changes in her life and lifted herself out of despair...and has found her own happy ending. ...and now, for her first year anniversary, I can give the gift of a picture she has wanted me to draw for her for a long time. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Our objective is to recognise deviants who deserve more recognition and to feature deviations with less than 10 original comments. The 0-5 Comments Issues feature a deviant as well as 3 deviations with less than 5 original comments from a wide selection of art.
